Finally, it is up to you to adjust your diet so it can integrate well in your lifestyle and in the treatment of eczema. Some people are so true to their diet that they claim that eczema is really cured, by only following a good diet. This includes eating a lot of raw vegetables, along with eliminating unhealthy foods altogether from your diet. It takes very little to see the first effects. In the first two weeks of eating healthy, you will notice how well your symptoms will get.
