Hello all,

I'm working PT in a Spa that routinely books clients on the hour. That is the schedule the clients to start their services at 1, 2, 3, then at 4'Oclock. No time in between. Is this NORMAL?

As a technician I'm having to limit my service to 45 minutes and allow 15 minutes for the client to Dress/Undress and for me to clean and change the linen. Of course this is not a highend Spa, but dang.

I'd like to know how the other spas do this.
